A LITTLE PLANNING. A BETTER YARD.
A fresh start for your lawn.
See our landscape work ↗01Choose the right lawn for the space
Sun exposure, foot traffic and your maintenance preferences matter when selecting grass. Share how the area will be used and whether it has shade or recurring wet spots. Sod is a living landscape, so the selection and care plan need to suit the site.
02Preparation before the first roll
A successful installation starts with the existing ground conditions. Discuss removal of old material, soil preparation, grading and irrigation coverage in the estimate. Drainage concerns should be considered before new sod covers the area.
03Care during establishment
Fresh sod needs attention while it roots. Ask about the initial watering approach, when the lawn can be used and how to transition into regular mowing and care. Seasonal conditions and the selected grass affect that plan; the same schedule does not fit every yard.
